Title: Striking Eyes
Rating/Warnings: G
Characters/Pairing: Gellert Grindelwald, Albus Dumbledore
Summary: Thought on eyes.
Word Count: 100
Registered purchases?: Yes

The blonde had a way of making Albus feel unsettled. To begin with, the boy kept looking him directly in the eye, naught turning away. The redhead was the first to shy away, always. Once Albus had attempted to defeat Gellert at his game of eyes.

The grey eyes were not a particularly striking color, and yet they sparkled with hidden depths, intentions Albus could not interpret. The words of the conversation flowed around his face like a gentle breeze, unable to focus on anything but the dancing eyes.

“You have such striking blue eyes,” jolted his focus and gaze.

Title: Fragments of Letters
Rating/Warnings: G
Characters/Pairing: Gellert Grindelwald
Summary: Fragments of letters from 1899 rediscovered.
Word Count: 100
Registered purchases?: Yes

Early summer, 1899, fragment
Albus Dumbledore? You should be careful with that one. He may be even more of a genius than you, friend. And he is as straight as an arrow, in both ways. Watch out for yourself, Gellert.

Your friend,
Scribbled illegible name.

Late summer, 1899, fragment
You have heard only small pieces of my time this summer. I set my traps for him from the start, to keep him off my case, but the result, as you can see, has been most opposite. My traps worked on more than simply him – they worked trapped me too.

Title: Speculations
Rating/Warnings: G; out of sequence to fit the prompt.
Characters/Pairing: Molly Weasley, Fred Weasley, George Weasley
Summary: Gellert Grindelwald left school early as well.
Word Count: 100
Registered purchases?: Yes

“What are you doing here?” Molly demanded, looking at her twins.

“We left school,” Fred began.

“A bit early, we know,” George continued.

“But no need to be in a huffy,” Fred patted her shoulder.

“Just look at who else has left school early!” George grinned.

“Gellert Grindelwald, for example,” Fred nodded.

“And look at what he went on to do,” George waved his fingers.

“Until Dumbledore got him,” Fred tacked on.

“I always wondered how the old man made Grindelwald come ‘quietly,’” George said, somewhat seriously.

The twins looked over at each other and shook their heads, “No way.”

Title: Watched
Rating/Warnings: G
Characters/Pairing: Albus Dumbledore
Summary: Someone was in the forest, 1930s
Word Count: 100
Registered purchases?: Yes

“Are you certain that someone is out here?” Albus Dumbledore looked at the centaur.

“We would not have contacted you if he had not been able to elude us,” the dark haired creature stamped his hooves.

“He?” the professor asked.

“We have come close to him a few times,” the centaur confirmed, “and he had a wizard’s shape.”

“I shall search the woods thoroughly,” Dumbledore assured the centaur, “but Hogwarts is well protected.” The creature nodded and left him be. Darkness surrounded the Transfiguration professor, and as he walked, Albus felt an old but comfortable presence. Yet he saw nothing.

Title: Angel Interview
Rating/Warnings: G; out of sequence to fit prompt
Characters/Pairing: Albus Dumbledore, Lorne
Summary: Lorne caught a portal to Trelawney's interview.
Word Count: 100
Registered purchases?: Yes

Lorne shook his head. He needed a seabreeze. Except he was in a dirty pub sitting across a wizard in robes. Oh he hated portals.

“You are a seer?” the white-haired man asked him.

“Empath,” Lorne instantly corrected, “I can read destinies if someone sings for me.”

“Can you demonstrate your skill,” the man scribbled notes on parchment with a quill.

“If you sing for me,” Lorne missed L.A. already.

The blue eyes twinkled, and wizard sang a silly ditty about a school named Hogwarts.

“He will always love you,” Lorne said, “and he will die to protect your secret.”
